NKUHT Application Form and Admission Guidelines for Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao Exchange Students
◎ 中英文版本如有出入時，以中文版為準。
If there are any discrepancies in the interpretation between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version applies.
◎ 本校教學以中文（國語）為主，申請人須具備中文聽、說、讀、寫能力。
Courses at NKUHT are mainly instructed in Chinese. Applicants should be proficient in the four skills（listening, speaking, reading, and writing）.
一、申請截止日期Application Deadline
1031學期申請文件請於2014年6月1日前寄至本校國際事務處。
1032學期申請文件請於2014年11月10日前寄至本校國際事務處。
郵寄報名者，以郵戳為憑，逾期不受理。
The 1031 semester application must be SENT or Delivered by 06/16/2014.
The 1032 semester application must be SENT or Delivered by 10/11/2014.
Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted. If mailed, the postmark date must
not be later than the deadline.

三、申請資格General Qualifications
依據本校簽署合作協議之規定辦理。
Handle according to the regulation of Academic and Educational Agreement NKUHT.
四、申請繳交文件（所繳之申請表件，概不退還）
Required Application Documents（Submitted documents will NOT be returned to applicants）
1. 交換學生申請入學表1份。Two copies of the completed application form.
2. 留學計畫書1份。A study plan in Chinese or English or Japanese.
3. 在學證明正本1份
4. 歷年成績單正本1份
5. One (1) original official transcript of the applicant from a secondary school or a college/university (an English or Chinese verified copy is also necessary if the original transcript is not in English or Chinese).
6. 中國大陸及港澳地區居民身份證影本1份。

Notes:
1. 住宿者須繳學期宿舍費NT$10,000~11,500一學期。
2. 平安保險費(約$321)、電腦網路使用費(約$800)一律繳交。
3. 其他代辦費，如：制服費、寢具費、洗衣費、課程材料費(依各系不同而定，廚藝科系較多)等，以交換學生所選課程需要和生活需要而購買。
